FARLEY G HOLT, ESQUIRE

Farley Holt graduated Cum Lauda from the University of Pittsburgh in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  He was a member of Phi Alpha Theda Honor Society and the History Honor Society.  He earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Dickinson School of Law in 1990.  Attorney Holt practiced law with the Law Firm of Wolfson & Blackwell until he joined the Law Firm of Harry M. Ness. In 1997, Attorney Holt formed his own Law Firm. In 1999, Farley and Attorney John M. Ogden formed the Law Firm of Holt & Ogden, LLP.

JOHN M. OGDEN, ESQUIRE

John Ogden was born in Madrid, Spain in 1961 and as a child has lived in California, Missouri, New Jersey, South Carolina and, of course, Pennsylvania. Attorney Ogden graduated from Dover High School in 1979. He entered the United States Army National Guard in 1984, and began attending York College of Pennsylvania that same year. In 1987, Attorney Ogden earned an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration and earned a commission as a Second Lieutenant (2LT) in the United States Army. Attorney Ogden graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems. In 1993, he earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. Attorney Ogden was a partner in the Law Firm of Kain, Brown & Roberts, LLP, until 1999, when he and Attorney Farley G. Holt formed the Law Firm of Holt & Ogden, LLP.  Attorney Ogden is admitted to practice law in the following courts:
